Jill Topp holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech/Language Pathology, which she received from Northwestern University in 1992 in speech-language pathology. She is registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHHPBC) and the British Columbia Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (BCASLPA). Jill is certified by Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC). She is a registered on the Autism Service Provider list of British Columbia (RASP). She has been working as a registered and certified Speech/Language Pathologist since 1992.Jill has experience working with infants and toddlers (birth-3 years of age), pre-schoolers, and children in elementary, junior high and high school. These children have demonstrated communication difficulties due to Autism, developmental delays, cognitive delays, learning disabilities, hearing loss, Cerebral Palsy, brain injury, Apraxia/Dyspraxia of Speech, Attention Deficit Disorder, emotional and behavioral problems, cleft palates/lips, various syndromes, prenatal exposure to drugs and/or alcohol, English as a second language issues, and specific speech/language delays. Jill is also fluent in sign language.
